How MoneyZone collects, uses, and protects your information
MoneyZone LLC ("MoneyZone," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy describes the personal information we collect through the $Zone desktop application, its AddOns, and the moneyzn.com website (collectively, the "Services"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions.
MoneyZone is a software tool for journaling, analytics, and workflow. We are not a broker, exchange, or financial institution, and we do not hold or have access to your funds or your Broker credentials.
We collect the following categories of information in connection with your MoneyZone Account and Subscription:

Trade logs, journal entries, configuration files, and other User Content you create or generate within the Software are, by default, stored locally on your own device. They are not transmitted to or stored by MoneyZone unless you take an affirmative action to export, back up, or share that content with us — for example, by attaching a file to an Assistance request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information transmitted to and from the Services, including industry-standard encryption for data in transit where applicable, and hashed storage of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your MoneyZone Account has been compromised, please contact us immediately through Assistance.
We retain account and billing information for as long as your MoneyZone Account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Support communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the matter and maintain a service history. You may request deletion of your account information as described in Section 9 below.
The moneyzn.com website uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies necessary for core functionality, such as keeping you signed in and remembering session state during checkout. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect your ability to stay logged in or complete checkout.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Note that some information, such as billing records, may need to be retained for a period even after a deletion request, to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
MoneyZone is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, through an in-app notice or an email to the address associated with your MoneyZone Account — before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
